Corporate team bonding in Singapore
Bonding is not a talk or a buffet. It is what happens when colleagues solve the same puzzles together against a running clock. We run facilitated escape games offsite, for teams of 10 to 1,000+ pax, at your office or a venue we book for you. Everyone gets a role, nobody is a spectator, and the office feels different on Monday.
What we mean by team bonding
Most team building targets one thing, like communication, and calls it a day. Bonding is what people are really after: colleagues who know each other well enough to ask for help, disagree without friction and pull in the same direction. A shared case does that. When a team spends two hours solving puzzles under pressure and wins together, the trust is earned, not talked about. That is the part they carry back to work.
Which is why the format is a puzzle-solving one rather than a stage show. An escape game team bonding session gives the group a sequence of problems, one shared goal and a visible clock, so the quiet person who spots the pattern becomes useful in the first ten minutes and everybody sees it happen. It is the same reason HR teams searching for corporate team bonding ideas, team bonding games or staff bonding activities keep landing on escape games: it is one of the few things on the list where the whole group has to actually work.

What we run
We plan and run the whole thing. A story-led escape game your team solves together, offsite, at a venue you choose. You bring the people and the date. We bring the hosts, the props and the puzzles. Here is how one case turns colleagues into a team.
Teams split into small units, each holding part of the puzzle. At 10 people or 1,000, everybody has something to do and no one sits and watches.
A shared deadline gets people talking, delegating and trusting each other fast. You can watch the team form in real time as the pressure builds.
They leave with a shared story and a few inside jokes. Colleagues who cracked a case together ask each other for help more easily the next week.
Tell us your group size and a rough date. We reply within one business day with a tailored proposal.
No obligation · 10 pax minimum · non-GST registered
Why it works
Nothing builds a team like genuine, face-to-face problem solving under a shared deadline.
Puzzles push people to think differently, and to think together, when the clock is running.
Someone steps up, information starts flowing, and the team learns how it actually works best.
People leave buzzing, and the shared win carries back into the office the next week.
On the record
★★★★★
We had a great experience with The Escape Artist. They offered a variety of well-planned packages for us to choose from and were very accommodating with advance bookings. Their briefing was clear and helpful, and everything went smoothly on the day of our event.
★★★★★
The puzzles were mostly logical and very interesting with a good mixture of keys, locks and mechanisms which we enjoyed. The space was also sufficient and clues largely clear enough to proceed. The staff was also very helpful and patient. We had a wonderful experience!
★★★★★
Had a great time with my friends... The team was very patient and walked us through the remaining puzzles that we did not manage to complete after our 1 hour was up. The room itself was great, a lot of details went into the decor and the clues were all in good condition.

Good questions
Team building usually aims at a skill, such as communication or problem-solving. Team bonding aims at the relationship, so people leave actually knowing and trusting each other. A facilitated escape game does both at once: colleagues solve a shared case under a running clock, which builds the skill and the bond in the same afternoon.
For a large group, pick a format that runs the same experience in parallel across many teams at one venue on one day, so nobody sits out. Our offsite escape games do this from 10 pax up to more than 1,000, at venues such as River Wonders, Fort Siloso and Haw Par Villa, or at your own office. They suit company D&Ds, department offsites, conferences and family days.
The total is a game fee plus venue admission and venue fees. The game fee is a fixed fee plus SGD 20 per person: Standard, self-guided with one staff host, starts at SGD 300 fixed, and Immersive, which adds cosplay facilitators, at SGD 1,100 fixed. For larger self-guided groups the effective rate works out from about SGD 23 per person. We are non-GST registered, and large-group discounts are available.
Yes. Several of our games run at any indoor venue, including your office, a function room or a ballroom. Others are set at Singapore venues. Tell us the space you have and your headcount, and we will match a game to it.
