Team bonding in Singapore
Team bonding in Singapore that people actually remember.
Bonding is not a talk or a buffet. It is what happens when colleagues crack the same case together against a running clock. We run facilitated escape games offsite, for teams of 10 to 1,000+, at a venue of your choice. Everyone gets a role, no one is a spectator, and the office feels different on Monday.

What we mean by team bonding
Team building aims at a skill. Team bonding aims at the relationship.
Most team building targets one thing, like communication, and calls it a day. Bonding is what people are really after: colleagues who know each other well enough to ask for help, disagree without friction and pull in the same direction. A shared case does that. When a team spends two hours solving puzzles under pressure and wins together, the trust is earned, not talked about. That is the part they carry back to work.

What we run
A facilitated escape game, built to bond your whole team.
We plan and run the whole thing. A story-led escape game your team solves together, offsite, at a venue you choose. You bring the people and the date. We bring the hosts, the props and the puzzles. Here is how one case turns colleagues into a team.
- 01
Everyone gets a role
Teams split into small units, each holding part of the puzzle. At 10 people or 1,000, everybody has something to do and no one sits and watches.
- 02
They solve under one clock
A shared deadline gets people talking, delegating and trusting each other fast. You can watch the team form in real time as the pressure builds.
- 03
The win carries back to work
They leave with a shared story and a few inside jokes. Colleagues who cracked a case together ask each other for help more easily the next week.
- Trained facilitators who run the game on the day
- All props, clues and the storyline
- Your venue, or one we help you find anywhere in Singapore
- Immersive with hosts on site, or a self-guided chatbot version
- Teams of 10 to 1,000+, from about SGD 23 per pax

Why it works
What a shared case does to a team.
-
Bonding and camaraderie
Nothing builds a team like genuine, face-to-face problem solving under a shared deadline.
-
Critical thinking
Puzzles push people to think differently, and to think together, when the clock is running.
-
Leadership and communication
Someone steps up, information starts flowing, and the team learns how it actually works best.
-
Morale that lasts
People leave buzzing, and the shared win carries back into the office the next week.

★★★★★
We had a great experience with The Escape Artist. They offered a variety of well-planned packages for us to choose from and were very accommodating with advance bookings. Their briefing was clear and helpful, and everything went smoothly on the day of our event.
★★★★★
The puzzles were mostly logical and very interesting with a good mixture of keys, locks and mechanisms which we enjoyed. The space was also sufficient and clues largely clear enough to proceed. The staff was also very helpful and patient. We had a wonderful experience!
★★★★★
Had a great time with my friends... The team was very patient and walked us through the remaining puzzles that we did not manage to complete after our 1 hour was up. The room itself was great, a lot of details went into the decor and the clues were all in good condition.

Good questions
Team bonding in Singapore, answered.
What is the difference between team bonding and team building?
Team building usually aims at a skill, such as communication or problem-solving. Team bonding aims at the relationship, so people leave actually knowing and trusting each other. A facilitated escape game does both at once: colleagues solve a shared case under a running clock, which builds the skill and the bond in the same afternoon.
What are good team bonding activities in Singapore for a large group?
For a large group, pick a format that runs the same experience in parallel across many teams at one venue on one day, so nobody sits out. Our offsite escape games do this from 10 pax up to more than 1,000, at venues such as River Wonders, Fort Siloso and Haw Par Villa, or at your own office. They suit company D&Ds, department offsites, conferences and family days.
How much do team bonding activities cost in Singapore?
The total is a game fee plus venue admission and venue fees. The game fee is a fixed fee plus SGD 20 per person: self-guided games start at SGD 300 fixed, fully facilitated immersive games at SGD 1,100 fixed. For larger self-guided groups the effective rate works out from about SGD 23 per person. We are non-GST registered, and large-group discounts are available.
Can a team bonding session run at our own office?
Yes. Several of our games run at any indoor venue, including your office, a function room or a ballroom. Others are set at Singapore venues. Tell us the space you have and your headcount, and we will match a game to it.
