A team building company should take a headcount and a rough date and hand back a day that works: the right activity for the group, the venue sorted, facilitators on site, and somebody reachable when plans change. The difference here is focus. We do not also run archery, cooking and inflatables. We design and run facilitated escape games, we wrote the software they run on, and after 13 years of corporate team building and team bonding days in Singapore there is very little about a 400-pax Friday we have not already seen go wrong once.

What to ask any team building company.
What is the difference between team bonding and team building?
Team building usually aims at a skill, such as communication or problem-solving. Team bonding aims at the relationship, so people leave actually knowing and trusting each other. A facilitated escape game does both at once: colleagues solve a shared case under a running clock, which builds the skill and the bond in the same afternoon.
What does a team building company in Singapore do?
A team building company plans and runs the event for you: it matches an activity to your group size and goals, handles the venue, facilitators, run sheet and any catering, transport or prizes, and runs the day on site. We do this as a facilitated offsite escape game for teams of 10 to 1,000+, and have done since 2013.

How do we choose a team building company in Singapore?
Check three things: whether they have genuinely run events at your headcount, whether the pricing is transparent with no hidden per-head extras, and whether they can procure the way you need to pay. We run groups from 10 to more than 1,000, price as a clear game fee plus venue costs with no GST, and accept PayNow, Vendors@Gov, GeBIZ and company vendor portals.
Should we hire an event agency or a team building company?
Hire an agency when the activity is one part of a bigger event, such as a dinner and dance (D&D) with a stage programme, catering and AV, and you want one contact for all of it. Hire the company that runs the activity when the activity is the event. You deal with the people who turn up on the day, with nobody in between. Agencies often bring in a partner to run the activity anyway, so whichever you choose, ask who will be there.
How do team building companies in Singapore price an event?
Most quote per head with a minimum group size or a minimum spend, so the per-head figure falls as the group grows. Agencies and venue packages fold the activity into a bundled price, and some add a management fee. Ours is published: a game fee of SGD 300 fixed plus SGD 20 per person on Standard, so 100 pax is SGD 2,300, about SGD 23 a head. Some venues add an admission or venue fee. We are non-GST registered.

Since 2013. We have run facilitated escape games for corporate and MNC teams, government and public-sector agencies, and schools and universities across Singapore, at scales from a single team of 10 up to company-wide events of more than 1,000 people.
Do you handle everything on the day?
Yes. You brief us once. Our staff arrive, set up the game, run the whole experience, keep score and manage the clock, and on an Immersive booking facilitators in costume join them around the venue. Catering, transport, prizes and extra activities are ours to arrange too. Your team, including HR, gets to play rather than run logistics.
