Only a browser needed
MazeFox runs in any normal phone browser. Players tap a link and they are in. Nothing to download and no app-store queue on game day.
We have gone fully offsite. For a physical escape room, visit Lockdown Escape at Marina Square.
Built in-house by The Escape Artist
MazeFox is the software that powers our offsite escape games. It lays a living, themed game board over a real place, and it runs in a phone browser with nothing to download. It is how we run one game for ten people or a thousand, on a single date, with nobody standing around waiting.
How a game plays
Each game becomes an illustrated adventure map, drawn to match its story, from a Wonderland at VivoCity to the galleries of a museum. Teams roll to move, land on numbered stops, gather what they need in a backpack, and work towards the final puzzle.
Every stop is a puzzle: a question to answer, visual clues to study, and an answer to submit. Stuck? Progressive hints nudge a team along without handing over the solution, so nobody gets stranded and everybody moves at their own pace.
Guess wrong and MazeFox sets a playful forfeit before you try again, like a group selfie with the nearest landmark. It keeps the mood light, the laughter loud, and the camera roll full of moments to take home.
Solve the final puzzle and the trophy screen goes up: your team name on the banner, the finish time, and an honest tally of hints taken and wrong guesses. The photos from along the way sit underneath, ready to save, so the bragging rights leave the venue with you.
Why it matters
MazeFox runs in any normal phone browser. Players tap a link and they are in. Nothing to download and no app-store queue on game day.
MazeFox sends each team down a different path through the same game, so ten people or a thousand can all play at once with no queue at any puzzle.
Every game is timed and scored as it happens. Correct answers move a team on, and a running scoreboard keeps the competition honest.
MazeFox pairs with a real starter kit and hands-on puzzles you can hold and write on. Digital where it helps, tangible where it counts.
A wrong answer sets a playful forfeit before you try again, like a group selfie with the nearest landmark. The energy stays up and the photos keep coming.
At the finish, teams download their selfies and final scoreboard, so the shared win travels back to the office with them.
Two ways to run it
Every game runs on MazeFox, and every game comes with one of our staff hosting the day. What changes is how many of our people your teams meet at the venue.
Self-guided
SGD 300 fixed, plus SGD 20 per person
Your teams play through MazeFox on their own phones, with one of our staff hosting the game from the front. No cosplay facilitators around the venue, so it is lighter on budget.
MazeFox, a host and facilitators
SGD 1,100 fixed, plus SGD 20 per person
The same MazeFox game and the same staff host, plus cosplay facilitators stationed at different parts of the game. Teams meet characters, get a hand when they need one, and the day feels a lot more hands-on.
A few of our games run immersive only. Those are flagged on the games page, and the instant estimate works out either tier against your headcount.
A fair question
No, and the distinction matters when you are booking. A virtual escape room is played remotely: everyone joins a video call from wherever they are, and one person drives a screen while the rest watch and shout suggestions. MazeFox is the opposite. The app is on everyone's phone, but the game is on real ground. Your teams are in the same building, walking a museum or a fort or your own office, handling physical puzzle kits, and MazeFox is what keeps a thousand people moving through the same story without a single queue.
So if you need something for a team that will never be in one room, we are not the right vendor and we would rather tell you now. What we do solve is the version of that problem most Singapore companies actually have: a distributed or hybrid team that gets together once or twice a year, and needs that one day to be worth the flights. That is the day we are built for.

Notice
Our HarbourFront outlet has closed. We now run escape games offsite only, as facilitated events for teams of 10 to 1,000+ pax at a venue you choose. There is no room here to book by the hour.
