For education teams

School learning journeys a whole cohort can actually play.

We run learning journeys as escape games. Students work the galleries in teams, and the history sticks because they have to use it to get anywhere. The same game covers orientation camps, VIA projects, post-exam programmes and cohort bonding, for one class or a whole level.

Why it works here

Built around what education teams need.

01

Written into the galleries

The puzzles run off what is actually on display at the Asian Civilisations Museum, the Maritime Gallery, the Battlebox or Haw Par Villa. Students read the exhibits because the answer is in them.

02

A whole level at once

Forty students or a thousand, in one morning, in waves or all together. On site or on your campus if the cohort cannot travel.

03

Light on your teachers

Our facilitators run the stations, the timing and the debrief, so form teachers and student leaders walk with their class instead of manning a table.

Learning journey venues

A learning journey starts with the place, not the activity.

These are the museums, heritage sites and parks where the game is already written and tested. Pick one and we bring the rest, or tell us the venue your school has in mind.

Good questions

Education FAQ

How many people can take part?

We run games for groups of roughly 10 to 1,000+ people. Our minimum is 10 pax, and we scale all the way to 1,000+. Different games have different maximum capacities, from 50 up to 1,000, so we will match the game to your headcount.

Can a learning journey be run as an escape game?

Yes. We write the puzzles around what is actually on display at the venue, so a learning journey at the Asian Civilisations Museum, the Singapore Maritime Gallery, the Battlebox or Haw Par Villa becomes a game the students play in teams. They read the exhibits because the answers are in them. A run takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and we can put a whole level through it in one morning, in waves or all at once.

Which venues can we do a learning journey at?

The games are already written and tested at the Asian Civilisations Museum, the Singapore Maritime Gallery, the Battlebox at Fort Canning, Haw Par Villa, Fort Siloso and River Wonders. If your school has a different venue in mind, or wants the game on campus, we can build for that too. Venue admission is charged by the venue and we set it out separately in the quote.

How many students can join a learning journey?

From 10 to more than 1,000. A single class runs as one game; a whole cohort runs in waves or in parallel teams across the venue, with our facilitators holding the timing. Teachers walk with their class rather than manning stations.

Does this work for VIA, orientation camps or post-exam programmes?

Yes. The same game covers values in action projects, freshman orientation, CCA and cohort bonding, and the post-exam weeks when a level needs something to do that is not another talk. Tell us the outcome you want out of the day and we shape the brief and the debrief around it.
